How do I determine the correct size for riding boots and apparel?
We provide detailed size charts on every product page. We recommend measuring over the clothing you intend to wear while riding to ensure the most accurate fit for breeches, boots, and safety vests.
What is your return policy for helmets and safety equipment?
For your safety, all returned helmets must be in original, unused condition with tags attached and original packaging. Items showing signs of wear or impact cannot be accepted for return due to safety regulations.
Do you offer international shipping for heavy stable equipment?
Yes, we ship worldwide. However, heavy or oversized items like saddles and stable supplies may incur additional freight charges. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can also track your status by logging into your EquestrianCollections account.
Are your leather products covered by a warranty?
Most of our premium leather bridles and saddles come with a manufacturer's warranty against defects. Please contact our customer service team with your order number and photos of the issue for assistance with a claim.
