Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps and tags are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items for quality, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
